PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE MIDLAND BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD   The Midland Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Midland Borough Building, 936 Midland Avenue, Midland, PA 15059. HEARING: The purpose of the public hearing is to act on the request of David Residential LLC for a variances to reduce the side setbacks from seven (7) feet to four (4) foot, (3) inches, to permit the construction of new construction of two (2), two-family residences at 413, 415, 437 and 439 Ohio Avenue, Midland, PA 15059; said lots being further identified as Beaver County Tax Parcel Numbers: 33-004-0400.000, 33-004-0400.001, 33-004-0410.000, and 33-004-0411.000.   Any interested parties are invited to attend.
