BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 12/10/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 5/13/26. Section 104, Tl 7S- RI 7E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, as per plan thereof made by Robert R. Wright, C.E., duly recorded in C.B. 320, folio 648, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and which lot measures as follows: One Hundred Eleven and 86/100 (1 1 1.86') feet on Alex Street, One Hundred Thirteen and 10/100 (113.10') feet on Sandra Street, One Hundred Ten and 0/100 (1 10.0') feet on its Northerly side line, and Eighty-five and 58/100 (85.58 1 ) feet on its Westerly line; and which lot is bounded as follows: Northerly by Lot No. Two (2) of Block Seven (7), Southerly by Sandra Street, Easterly by Alex Street and Westerly by Lot No. Twelve (12) of Block Seven (7), of said subdivision: together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $135873.16, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
