Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee's Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on February 4, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the basement lobby of Broome County Courthouse, 92 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13901 on May 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 120 North Arthur Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Endicott, Town of Union, County of Broome and State of New York, Section 141.19, Block 5 and Lot 23.2. Approximate amount of judgment is $112,269.27 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #EFCA2023000818. Cash will not be accepted.
