King Richard's Faire LEGAL NOTICE  Public Hearing Notice   In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Carver Zoning by Law, the Carver Planning Board will hold a public hearing on   April 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM In the Carver Town Hall, Meeting Room #1   On the application of King Richard’s Faire requesting a Site Plan Review pursuant to Article 3-1, Section 290-3-1 and Article 4-3, Section 290-4-3 of the Carver Zoning By Law, located at 5-9 Eda Avenue in Carver, MA (Assessor’s Map 87-E-1, and 87-E-2) in the Tourist Commercial (TC) Zoning District.   The applicant is proposing the construction of additional vendor structures, the bleachers for the joust area and ancillary parking to support the King Richard’s Faire.   Any persons interested and wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
