In pursuance of and by virtue of an ORDER CONFIRMING REFEREE REPORT AND JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND SALE signed by the Honorable Mary Tarantelli, Justice, Supreme Court on February 13, 2026 (the "Judgment") and entered in the office of the Chemung County Clerk on February 26, 2026, the undersigned referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the Chemung County Courthouse, 210 Lake Street, Elmira, New York on May 20, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., the premises described in Schedule "A" attached hereto. The amount due to the plaintiff as fixed in the Judgment is $63,583.17 together with, as applicable, accruing interest, fees, costs, attorneys fees, expenses, advances, and other amounts as specified in the Judgment.
