BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 1/23/26, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 5/20/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
A certain lot situated on the right descending bank of Bayou Blue, in Section 64 and/or 63, T16, R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana; being LOT ONE (l) BLOCK ONE (1) of COUNTRY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, as shown on a plat thereof prepared by Michael Gene Burke, Surveyor, dated June 12, 1967, recorded in C.B. 443, page 314, Map No. 2374. Said lot measures 257 feet, 2 & 2/8 inches on a curve along the southeasterly side of Country Estates Drive, by 250 feet more or less on its northeasterly sideline along Bayou Blue, by depth of 139 feet, 2 & ½ inches on its southeasterly sideline, and 435 feet along the rear and it is bounded northeasterly by Country Estates Drive, north-easterly by Bayou Blue, southeasterly by property of Duncan Country Estates Subdivision.
Being the same property acquired by Damon A. Bergeron from Johnny J. LeBlanc by an act dated April 12, 1971, recorded in COB 511, folio 680, Entry No. 398514.
LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING: A parcel of the above described property that was sold to Warren Jude Bergeron in an Act of Sale dated December 28, 2004, before Craig Landry, Notary Public #21690, and filed in the Conveyance Books of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, the description of which is attached and made a part hereof under "Exhibit A" 'which is a survey of the property prepared by Keneth L. Rembert, PLS, entitled "SURVEY OF LOTS 1-A AND 1-B A REDIVISION OF LOT 1 BLOCK l COUNTRY ESTATES SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN SECTION 64, Tl6S-Rl7E, TERREBONNE PARISH, LOUISIANA" dated October 1, 2004 and last revised on October 11, 2004, the plat of the survey being attached and made a part hereof.
THAT CERTAIN STRIP OF LAND, situated on the left descending bank of Bayou Blue in Section 25, Tl6S, Rl7E, Lafourche Parish. Louisiana, lying between Louisiana Highway No. 80 (The Bayou Blue Public Road) and Bayou Blue, immediately across the Bayou Blue from the property described in an act of sale from Johnny C. LeBlanc to Damon Bergeron dated April 12, 1971, designated as No. (1).
Said strip of land is bounded easterly by Highway No 80, southerly by property of Bennie Thibodaux, now or formerly, westerly by Bayou Blue and northerly by Country Estates Drive.
Being the same property acquired by the heirs of Damon Bergeron by Judgment of Possession dated January 5, 1978, and recorded in the Conveyance Records of Lafourche Parish under entry number 462899.
The improvements thereon bear Municipal No. 2853 Bayou Blue Road, Houma, Louisiana.

One certain lot of ground designated as LOT TWO (2), BLOCK TWO (2) on that certain map entitled "DESTINY PLACE, ARLENE C. BABIN, ET AL" -DEVELOPER, SECTION 81, Tl7S-Rl6E, TERREBONNE PARISH, LOUISIANA" prepared by Milford & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, dated January 4, 2000 and recorded under Entry Number 1063669, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and according to which said map said LOT TWO (2) measures a front of 125.00' feet on the north side of Destiny Place, with a depth of 200.00' feet between equal and parallel lines, with a width across the rear of 125.00' feet; said LOT TWO (2) being bounded on the North by Destiny Place, on the west by Lot 3, on the east by Lot 1, all of Block 2, Destiny Place, and on the rear or south by Block 2, Shane Acres Subdivision; together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
The improvements thereon bear Municipal No. 221 Destiny Place, Houma, Louisiana.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $607161.96, along
