PROJECT The work, officially known as Project No. 22007, 2026 PPII REDUCTION – ROWAN ESTATES, consists of constructing the following approximate quantities: 24 Each Pre-Construction Site Visits, 24 Each Connection to Existing Internal Lateral Piping, 24 Each Connection to Existing External Lateral Piping, 14 Each External Sanitary Cleanouts, 1 Each Sanitary Main Cut-In Wyes, 1 Each Lined Sanitary Main Tee Connections, 2350 LF of Sanitary Lateral Relay, 27 Each Bentonite Trench Dams, Turf Restoration, Pavement Restoration, 11 Each Tree Removal, 190 LF 6" Storm Lateral, 1 Each External Storm Cleanouts, 6 Each Ejector Pumps, 6 Each Sump Pumps, 260 LF Sump Pump Discharge Piping, 12 Each Electrical Outlets, 6 Each Runtime Meters, 2 Each Lateral Grouting from Mainline, 1 Each Lateral Grouting from Manhole, 3 Each Lateral Obstruction Removal. BID GUARANTEE A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Oak Creek, or a satisfactory bid bond, in an amount not less than 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bond within 10 days after the award of the contract. In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages pursuant to SS.62.15(3).
