Motion by Ms. Deal to adopt the agenda as posted, seconded by Mr. Becker. Motion carried unanimously. (10.3) Supplementary contracts as listed on the March 23, 2026, report. (10.4) The Financial Report Summary for the Month of February 2026 including Receipts #7963 through #8018 in the amount of $16,315,749.78 and Vouchers Payable #379853 through #380256, wire transfers, and payroll disbursements in the amount of $10,152,857.25 and Statement of Revenue and Expenditures for eight Months Ending February 28, 2026. Motion carried unanimously to approve Consent Agenda items 10.1, 10.2, 10.3 and 10.4. Motion by Mr. Leigh to approve the 2026-27 Professional Educators Compensation Model, seconded by Mr. Keller. Motion carried unanimously. Motion at 8:36 p.m. by Mr. Leigh to convene into executive session, seconded by Mr. Keller, in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (c) & (g) to complete a performance evaluation and rating of the Superintendent using a consensus process and to consider compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
