LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals on Bethel Township bid forms and clearly marked BIDS FOR 2026 ROAD MAINTENANCE PROJECT will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 by the Bethel Township Board of Supervisors at 3015 S. Pine Grove Street, Fredericksburg, PA 17026, for Double Bituminous Seal Coat, Cape Seal, Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Couse and pavement markings. Bid packets may be picked up at the Bethel Township Municipal Building, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. excluding holidays.  All Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid, made payable to Bethel Township. Bethel Township has the right to reject any or all bids. The bids will be opened and read aloud at the Bethel Township Municipal Building, 3015 S. Pine Grove Street, Fredericksburg, PA 17026 on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder after legal review.
