Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered March 16, 2026, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at Lobby of the Westchester County Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., White Plains, NY 10601 on May 21, 2026 at 9:30 AM. Premises known as 120 First Street, Yonkers, New York 10704. Sec 6 Block 6252 Lot 60. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Yonkers, County of Westchester and State of New York. Approximate Amount of Judgment is $539,492.75 plus interest, fees, and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index No 63831/ 2023.
The foreclosure sale will be conducted in accordance with 9th Judicial District's Covid-19 Policies and foreclosure auction rules. The Referee shall enforce any rules in place regarding facial coverings and social distancing.
