The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 401 Delsea Drive, Westville, NJ 08093, and also known as Lot 26 in Block 65 as shown on the Tax Map of the Borough of Westville, County of Gloucester and State of New Jersey.
