Judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint, Amended Complaint, Amendment(s), order(s), if any, if you do not file a responsive pleading. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
This action has been commenced and is pending to foreclose a mortgage and recover possession of certain lands and premises, as follows: The mortgage being foreclosed is dated April 2, 2001 and made by Alvin Hand to Home Point Financial Corporation, which Mortgage was recorded in Gloucester County on April 22, 2001 in Mortgage Book 16875 at Page 293, et seq. The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 401 Delsea Drive, Westville, NJ 08093, and also known as Lot 26 in Block 65 as shown on the Tax Map of the Borough of Westville, County of Gloucester and State of New Jersey.

YOU, ALVIN HAND, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you have or may claim to have some right, title, lien, or other interest affecting the real estate being foreclosed by virtue of ownership, inheritance, descent, intestacy, devise, dower, courtesy, mortgage, deed or conveyance, entry of judgment or other legal or lawful right. The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you may have in, to or against the Mortgaged Premises is set forth with particularity in the Complaint, Amended Complaint, Amendment(s), Order(s), if any, a copy of which shall be furnished to you on request addressed to the attorneys for the Plaintiff at the above mentioned address.
