Granger, Deceased; Christopher Blair; Beverly Roesler; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of the Estate of David A. Granger, Deceased; Estate of David A. Granger, Deceased; Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 3rd day of June, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
