THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS

IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL OF THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES,
SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN
ANYWISE
APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 10, BLOCK 41, TOWN OF
BLANCHARD, AND ONE HALF OF THE ABANDONED ALLEY ADJOINING THE SAID LOT 10, ALL AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 17, PAGE 275, RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTSOF0WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE
PROPERTY.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
