YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said Complaint upon the subscribers, at their office, Post Office Box 10529, Greenville, South Carolina 29603, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint in the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Complaint in the above entitled action was filed in the office of the Clerk of Court for Spartanburg County on September 15, 2025, as amended.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-entitled action has been instituted in this Court to quiet title covering real property situated in the County of Spartanburg, State of South Carolina, bearing TMS # 7-16-07-213.00 and being described as follows:
ALL that piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Spartanburg, being shown and designated as Lots 68 and 69, on a plat of Maxwell Heights Subdivision as shown in Plat Book 10, Page 112 in the Register of Deeds Office for Spartanburg County. Reference is made to said plat for a more detailed description. LESS however any portion previously conveyed and subject to restrictions of record.
This being the same property conveyed to the Spartanburg County Forfeited Land Commission by Tax Deed from Stephen B. Ford, Interim Delinquent Tax Collector for Spartanburg County dated July 10, 2009, and recorded July 16, 2009, in Deed Book 94-E, Page 202, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
