Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on March 10, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the second floor lobby, Division 3 of the Orange County Courthouse, 285 Main Street, Goshen, NY 10924 on June 3, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., premises known as 299 Liberty Street, Newburgh, NY 12550. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Newburgh, County of Orange and State of New York, Section 18, Block 5 and Lot 2.
