DESCRIPTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR SALE:
The words "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal property now or hereafter owned by Defendants, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the Real Property; together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any of such property; and together with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums) from any sale or other disposition of the Property (defined as the Mortgaged Property and the Personal Property).
TERMS: 1. 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten (10) days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff.
2. The Mortgaged Property and the Personal Property are sold "AS IS" and subject to all liens and encumbrances.
3. Buyer to pay applicable Wisconsin Real Estate transfer tax in addition to the purchase price.
