NOTICE Notice is hereby given by the Borough Council of the Borough of Dallastown, Pennsylvania that it plans to hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of the below-referenced Ordinance(s) at its regular monthly meeting scheduled May 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at 175 East Broad Street, Dallastown, Pennsylvania 17313. The title and brief summary of the proposed Ordinance(s) is as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 90, 136, 139, 149, 151, 159, 178, 194, 198, 212, 214, AND 224 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF DALLASTOWN BOROUGH, YORK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA TO AMEND THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, PARKS AND RECREATION, RENTAL PROPERTIES, STREETS AND SIDEWALKS, TRAILER PARKS, TRANSIENT RETAIL MERCHANTS, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, VIOLATIONS, AND ZONING PROVISIONS As it relates to zoning, the Ordinance clarifies the districts in which an in-law quarters and solar energy facility are permitted.
