Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness described in and secured by the terms of that certain Mortgage executed by Robert Christopher Davis , a single man, to All In Credit Union , dated July 8, 2021, and recorded on July 26, 2021, as Instrument # 629233 in Real Property Book 2021, at Page 7247, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama; and said default continuing; and the undersigned holder of said mortgage having declared the entire indebtedness due and payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of said mortgage, notice is hereby given that the undersigned, All In Credit Union , will, under the terms of said mortgage, sell at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder in front of the Courthouse door of Autauga County, Alabama, in Prattville, Autauga County, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on Thursday, June 4, 2026 , the following described property:
The following described real estate, situated in Autauga County, Alabama, to wit: Lot 37, Block C, according to the map of Prattville East Addition Plat No. 5 as said map appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama, in Map Book 4, at Page 24.
This property will be sold on an as is, where is basis, subject to any easements, encumbrances, and exceptions reflected in the mortgage and those contained in the records of the Office of the Judge of Probate of the county where the above-described property is situated. This property will be sold without warranty or recourse, expressed or implied as to title, use and/or enjoyment and will be sold subject to the right of redemption of all parties entitled thereto.
