BOROUGH OF NORWOOD PLANNING BOARD
PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the applicants, Arthur and Tanya Rosenblum, owners of the property located at 7 Frasco Lane, Borough of Norwood, Bergen County, N.J. 07648, also known as Block 3, Lot 2 on the Tax Assessment Map (hereafter referred to as the "Property"), have made application to the Norwood Planning Board for relief from Section 233-11 of the Norwood Zoning Code to temporarily maintain two buildings on one lot while their new home is constructed along with a Soil Movement Permit Application. The existence of two structures will only be temporary and not meant to remain. The applicants stipulate that the existing residence will be demolished before a certificate of occupancy can be issued for the new residence to be constructed and that they will not reside in the new home until the existing structure is demolished.
The applicant also requests any additional approvals, variances, waivers, exceptions or any other relief which may be deemed necessary upon review of the application by the Planning Board.
A public hearing to consider and take action on this application will be held by the Norwood Planning Board on May 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Norwood Municipal Building, 455 Broadway, Norwood, NJ 07648. All documents relating to this application can be inspected in the office of the Planning Board in the Municipal Building, between the hours of 8:30AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday.
