PROJECT LOCATION: 73-730 EL PASEO, SUITE C, PALM DESERT, CA 92260 (APN 627-212-014) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Consideration to approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to operate a new 1,900 square-foot bar use. This project was previously considered by the Planning Commission on March 17, 2026 and was continued to a date uncertain to address concerns and additional conditions.
