The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Christopher P. Baker of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Thirteenth day of April, 2026 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Chemung, in the City of Elmira. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Steven Zobel AKA Steven R. Zobel (who died on March 14, 2020, a resident of the county of Chemung, State of New York) dated the March 25, 2006, to secure the sum of $60,500.00 and recorded at Instrument No. 200604120015 in the Office of the Chemung County Clerk on April 12, 2006. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by Steven Zobel AKA Steven R. Zobel on August 3, 2015 and recorded February 26, 2016 in Instrument Number 201604354 in the Office of the Chemung County Clerk. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed January 29, 2020 and recorded on February 13, 2020, in the Office of the Chemung County Clerk at Instrument Number 202002838.
