A non-mandatory Pre-submittal Conference will be held via Teams Conference May 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM. All questions must be in writing and are due no later than May 13, 2026, by 3:00 p.m. Responses must be received by 5:00 p.m. (Phoenix Local Time) on May 20, 2026, and must be submitted online through OpenGov only.
