71 MAIN STREET LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE MEDWAY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS   Notice is hereby given that the Town of Medway Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 06, 2026 at 7:30 P.M, on an application from Joseph Greene, with respect to property located at 71 Main Street, Assessor Parcel No. 40-064 in the Central Business District (CB) and Ground Water Protection District. The application is for the issuance of a special permit under Section 5.5 to allow an alteration or change of an existing nonconforming use to include truck rentals.   Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2 of Acts of 2023, under which public bodies retain the option of holding open meetings and hearings remotely until June 30, 2027, this meeting will be held remotely on Zoom.
