PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
MEDWAY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Medway Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 06, 2026 at 7:30 P.M, on an application from Joseph Greene, with respect to property located at 71 Main Street, Assessor Parcel No. 40-064 in the Central Business District (CB) and Ground Water Protection District. The application is for the issuance of a special permit under Section 5.5 to allow an alteration or change of an existing nonconforming use to include truck rentals.
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2 of Acts of 2023, under which public bodies retain the option of holding open meetings and hearings remotely until June 30, 2027, this meeting will be held remotely on Zoom. The public may participate in this meeting remotely via Zoom, or in person in Sanford Hall at the Medway Town Hall, 155 Village Street, Medway, MA.
