Unofficial Condensed Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Iowa Public Agency Investment Trust The quarterly meeting of the Board of Trustees was held in-person and electronically April 15, 2026 at the offices of the Iowa League of Cities, Des Moines, Iowa, and via Microsoft Teams. Mark Roberts, Chair and Trustee, called the meeting to order at 10:32 a.m. Present in person were: Trustees: Tim Stiles, Craig Anderson, Ted Rasmusson, and Matthew Probasco; Officers: Alan Kemp and Andrea N.J. Woodard; Guests: Kristin Cooper, Charlie Czachor, Anita Tracy, Paul Kruse, Caleb Walter, Cam Draude, and Rajesh Chainani. Present electronically were: Trustees: Dan Zomermaand, Brent Hinson, Nicole Lamb, and Jesse Otto; Officer: Troy DeJoode; Guests: Brian Hextell, Lori Ragus, Kate O'Connor and Jennifer Vucinovich. The Board unanimously approved the agenda, and the minutes of the January 21, 2026 meeting. The Trustees unanimously received reports for the quarter ending March 31, 2026 from the Secretary, Treasurer, Legal Counsel, Marketer, Advisor, Administrator, including approval of financial statements, composition of portfolio, distribution of fees, and cash dividend payments, Compliance Officer, and Custodian. The Board reviewed and unanimously approved the premium and application for renewal of Directors and Officers Liability and General Liability insurance policies. The Board reviewed and unanimously approved the fiscal 2027 budget. The Board then reviewed and unanimously approved the list of repurchase agreement providers and financial depositories. The Board noted proposed meeting dates for calendar years 2026 and 2027.
