WS85500379 STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE DUE: FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2026 AT 12:00 PM *All times are local Phoenix time Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for water transmission mains citywide, to include assessments, field inspections, minor design, and possible construction administration of work performed by contractors. The contract duration will be for five years. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 200 W. Washington St., Floor 8 East Conference Room, Phoenix, AZ, 85003 AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be submitted through the Procurement Portal. Request For Qualifications Packet On Thursday, April 23, 2026 the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be downloaded from the Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix Consultants receiving a copy of the Request for Qualifications through any other means are strongly encouraged to download it from the City's Procurement Portal. Firms must be registered in Procurement https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix as a vendor to submit a Statement of Qualifications.
