SOUTHBRIDGE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS   PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   In accordance with the provisions of MGL Ch. 40A, the Southbridge Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at their 5:00 PM meeting, in the Rice Conference Room, First Floor, Southbridge Town Hall.   The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the variance application, as filed by Greg Cumings, for an appeal of a zoning decision by the Town of Southbridge Building Department, dated March 20, 2026. Per Section 4, Table 1 of the Southbridge Zoning Bylaws, the decision disallowed restaurant use in an R-2 zone located at 276 South Street; Map 49; Lot 127 (CP House LLC, Owner).   The application and plan are on file for review during normal business hours with the Town Clerk.
