In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5, the Shrewsbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Richard D. Carney Municipal Office Building, 100 Maple Avenue, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts regarding proposed amendments to the Shrewsbury Zoning Bylaw, as follows:
ARTICLE
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw of the Town of Shrewsbury, Section VI - Table I, by removing reference to “summer houses” and amend Section VII.Y(H) - Accessory Dwelling Units to allow Accessory Dwelling Units in the front yard only in instances where such location requirements would conflict with State Law or to take any other action in relation thereto.
