APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.95052 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 13th day of February 2026 Edwin L. DePaoli and Steven C. Felton of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 0.009 c.f.s., 4.0 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 88934. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 21, T20N, R22E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of Section 29, T20N, R22E, MDB&M bears S 34 degrees 20 minutes W, a distance of 3,400 feet (approx. 2.5 miles NW from the intersection of I-80 and USA Parkway in Washoe County, NV). Water will be used for stockwater purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 21, T20N, R22E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 21 bears S 00 degrees 51 minutes 24 seconds W, a distance of 1,558.09 feet.
