A. Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for the construction of a facility located at Madison Central High School: 1417 Highland Colony Pkwy, Madison, MS 39110
Before 2 pm local standard time on the 21st day of May, 2026, for:
B. Project: Madison County School District Press Box Improvements
C. Project Description: The project scope includes work at and around the existing Jaguar Stadium at Madison
Central High School, including: a new pre-fabricated press box; demolition of the existing restroom building;
construction of two new restroom buildings; a new entry gate structure; a new pedestrian plaza; relocated
ADA parking; and new decorative fencing throughout.

F. When construction bids are submitted electronically, the requirement for including a certificate of responsibility, or a statement that the bid enclosed does not exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), on the exterior of the bid envelope as indicated in Section 31-3-21(1) and (2) shall be deemed in compliance with by including same as an attachment with the electronic bid submittal.
G. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to Madison County Schools.

I. Bids shall be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Architect.
J. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after
submission.
K. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
