CITY OF JAL, NEW MEXICO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 2026-01 DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY (WWTF) The City of Jal, New Mexico is requesting qualifications and proposals from qualified Design-Build teams for the design, permitting, construction, and commissioning of a new wastewater treatment facility. This procurement will be conducted using a two-phase selection process in accordance with the New Mexico Procurement Code.
