Take notice that GRIFFIN & GRIFFIN EXPLORATION, LLC, has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 132-2026-D requesting an extension of inactive well status for the BR F-46-1 Well located in the Miller Field, Wilkinson County, Mississippi. The Petition will be heard by the Board commencing at 9:00 A.M., on the 20th day of May, 2026, in the Hearing Room of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board, 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter. The Petition in said matter is on file in said office for your inspection. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 o'clock P.M., on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing.
