Notice of Public Hearing   Mayor and City Council of Pocomoke City   for Ordinance Number 2026-O-9   An Ordinance to Amend the City’s Zoning Code to Extend the Time for Nonconforming Uses   NOTICE is hereby given by the Mayor and City Council of Pocomoke City, that on Monday, April 20, 2026, Ordinance Number 2026-O-9 was introduced.   The purpose of Ordinance Number 2026-O-9 is to amend Chapter 230, Article IV-General Regulations, § 230-15 entitled “Nonconforming uses.” The ordinance would extend the time period for cessation of a nonconforming use from six months to twelve months before the nonconforming use terminates.   NOTICE is further hereby given that, in accordance with §4-203 of the Land Use Article, Ann.
