HEARING
The Brewster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, beginning no earlier than 7:00 PM, in the Brewster Town Office Building at 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA. The following application will be heard:
ZBA Case No. 26-03: Owners Christopher and Michele Cardinal have applied for a Special Permit pursuant to section 179-25B of the Brewster Zoning Bylaw to alter, extend or change a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family dwelling by constructing a front entry addition within the required front yard setback at 431 Lund Farm Way, Tax Map 100 Parcel 142, in the Residential Medium Density (RM) Zoning District. The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the special permit.
The application is available for viewing in the Planning Office at Town Hall Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm or Friday by appointment. Public comments will be accepted at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted in advance of the hearing at the address provided above or by email to brewplan@brewster-ma.gov.
