Annual Contract for Biofilter Media Replacement & Associated Equipment Inspection at Visalia Water Reclamation Facility
SEALED BIDS will be received by the Visalia Purchasing Div., until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026 for the above listed project. This public works project is subject to state requirements, including payment of prevailing wages, DIR registration, etc. For specifications and bid documents, call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov.
Interested Bidders must attend at least one of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings to be considered as an eligible bidder. Meetings will be held at the Water Reclamation Facility, 7579 Avenue 288, Visalia, CA as follows: Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 9:00am and Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 9:00am.
The City affirmatively ensures Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice. Individuals and/or entities submitting to the City of Visalia will not be discriminated against.
