ADVERTISEMENT TO BID Sealed Bids for the construction of South Main Street Waterline for the City of Rittman will be received by City of Rittman, Ohio, 49 W. Ohio Avenue, Rittman, Ohio 44270 until 12:00 noon, local time, May 12, 2026 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read. The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor to replace approximately 1,600 L.F. of 8” waterline along S. Main Street from Erie Street to Ohio Street. The estimated construction cost for this project is $620,000.00. Copies of the Contract Documents are on file in the City of Rittman, Ohio, 49 W. Ohio Avenue, Rittman, Ohio 44270; in the office of Engineering Associates, Inc., 1935 Eagle Pass, Wooster, Ohio 44691; and in the Dodge and Builders Exchange offices and are available for inspection by prospective bidders. Contract Documents must be purchased from the office of Engineering Associates, Inc. for a cost of $75.00 per set, none of which is refundable. Bidders are required to register with and obtain Bidding Documents from the office of Engineering Associates, Inc.
