NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDS   The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is accepting bids from qualified businesses to provide Industrial Sludge, Water Extraction & Disposal Services for COTA Facilities (2026-IFB-025). Submissions will be received through COTA’s online eProcurement Management System at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cota until 2:00 p.m. on May 27, 2026. Prospective vendors are encouraged to visit the portal to download the specifications/scope of work for this opportunity and register for notification of future solicitations. COTA vendors must comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. COTA hereby notifies all Proposers that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation.
