INVITATION FOR A SEALED BID
The School District of the City of York is soliciting bids for a Data & Assessment Platform for their PK-12 schools.
Sealed Bid criteria can be requested from Steve Patrick via email at patriste@ycs.k12.pa.us or in person between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday from April 20 - May 6, 2026, at the School District of the City of York Administration Building located at 31 N. Pershing Ave, York, PA 17401.
All bids must be sealed and delivered by the bidder to the School District of the City of York on or before 4:00 pm on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Friday, May 8, 2026.
The School District of the City of York reserves the right to reject any and/or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids received late or incomplete will not be considered. Bids may be held in the School District of the City of York for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
