Lane, Valhalla, NY, which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 89/113.13-1-25. The application is for a proposed one-story addition, and replacement of an existing deck to an existing single-
