Parcel 1 - Being the South one half of Outlot Number Ten (10) in JOHN L. MOORE's ADDITION to the Village of Georgesville, as the same is numbered and delineated on the recorded plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 2, Page 276, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and part of alley vacated.
Parcel 2 - Being the North half of Outlot Number Ten (10) In J. L. MOORE'S ADDITION to the Village of Georgesville, Franklin County, Ohio, according to the plat of said addition recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 276 And 277, Franklin County, Ohio, Record of Plats which said addition in subdivision of land owned by said Moore in Pleasant Township, Franklin County, Ohio and that part of Railroad Street vacated by Ordinance Found In Road Record 18, Page 314, dated April 10, 1958, EXCEPTING therefrom the following described real estate:

Thence East a distance of 268.00 feet to a point on the west bank of Big Darby Creek;
Thence South 14 degrees 11 minutes 55 seconds east along the bank of Big Darby Creek a distance of 85.62 feet to a point;

Second Sale - If the property does not sell at the first auction, a second sale of this property will be held on June 12th, 2026.
