75 Hancock Street: Use Special Permit and Site Plan Review
Notice is given by the Planning Board under the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A Sections 9 and 11 and the Braintree Zoning Ordinance Chapter 135 Articles III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, XI and XII that a Public Hearing will be conducted on Tuesday May 12, 2026 at 7:15 P.M. in Braintree Town Hall. The Planning Board will consider an Application for Use Special Permit (135-601: Apartment House) and Site Plan Review filed by Patricia Fisher, Applicant. The Applicant is seeking approval to reuse an existing 4,656 sq.ft., two-story office building and convert it into an 8-unit multifamily dwelling structure, consisting of all one-bedroom units, with associated landscaping and minor building façade improvements.
The property is located at 75 Hancock Street, Zoned General Business and Residence B, as shown on Assessors Map 1009 Plot 062. The total lot size is 15,112 sq.ft.
