Notice is hereby given that the Outagamie County Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing at the Outagamie County Government Center, County Board Room, 320 S. Walnut St., Appleton, WI 54911, on May 12, 2026 at 09:00 AM to consider the petition of Carow Land Surveying, applicant on behalf of Golden Hill Vue Farm, Inc., owner, for a Rezoning - County with the following associated details and scope of work:
Request to rezone a portion of parcel160046402 (see associated legal description) from the Exclusive Agriculture District (AED) to the General Agriculture District (AGD) to accommodate the development of a single-family residence.
The project site is located: Tax Parcel No.: 160046402, further described as, Lot 2, CSM 7166, TOWN OF MAPLE CREEK, Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
