NOTICE OF FILING THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL TOWN OF WHITESTOWN
Under Section 506, of the Real Property Tax Law, the Tentative Roll for the Town of Whitestown has been completed by the Assessor and a copy has been filed with the Town Clerk on May 1, 2026 and is available for examination. The Assessor will be in attendance by appointment on Thursday May 7th from 9am-8pm, Thursday May 14th from 9am-4pm, Saturday May 16th from 9am-4pm, and Thursday May 21st from 9am-4pm. The Board of Assessment Review will meet Tuesday June 2nd 2026 from 4pm to 8pm by appointment, appointments can be made at 315-736-3161. The equalization Rate for 2026 is 38%.
