UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD   Take notice that the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Upper Southampton Township First Floor Meeting Room, 939 Street Road, Southampton, PA, on the appeal of Mad Golfer, LLC (26-05), regarding Tax Parcel No. 48-007-001, located at 114 Street Road, in the R-2, Low Density Residential Zoning District of Upper Southampton Township. Applicant seeks to increase the height of existing protective netting along the perimeter of the existing driving range, from 75 feet in height to 125 feet in height. §185-45(B) of the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance, limits the height of “fences”. Applicant seeks a variance from §185-45(B) to accommodate the additional height.
