This figure is for the outstanding balance due under UCC1, which was secured by Financing Statement in favor of Bank of America, filed on June 19, 2015 in the Westchester County Clerk’s office Control No. 551703173. Which UCC was thereafter assigned from Bank of America, N.A.to New Rez LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing by UCC3 assignment recorded on 7/16/2024 in Westchester County Clerk Control Number 641983318, and further assigned by UCC3 assignment from New Rez LLC fka New Penn Financial,LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Association in Westchester County Clerk Control number 642613519, and further assigned by UCC3 assignment from Federal Home Loan Mortgage Association to New Rez LLC fka New Penn Financial,LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing in the Westchester County Clerk Control Number 642853447. Please note this is not a payoff amount as additional interest/fees/penalties may be incurred. The estimated value of the above captioned premises is $176,000.00.

Pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code Article 9-623, the above captioned premises may be redeemed at any time prior to the foreclosure sale. If you have received a discharge from the Bankruptcy Court, you are not personally liable for the payment of the loan and this notice is for compliance and information purposes only. However, Federal National Mortgage Association, still has the right under the loan security agreement and other collateral documents to foreclosure on the shares of stock and rights under the proprietary lease allocated to the cooperative apartment.
