Stevenson Revocable Trust U/A/D June 14, 2019 To: All persons regarding Martin D. Stevenson, deceased, who died on or about November 30, 2025 You are hereby notified that Melanie K. Froyen and Martin S. Stevenson are serving as Co-Trustees of the Martin D. Stevenson Revocable Trust under agreement dated June 14, 2019. Any action to contest the validity of the Trust must be brought in the District Court of Polk County, Iowa, within the later to occur of four months from the date of the second publication of this Notice, or thirty days from the date of mailing this Notice to all heirs of the Decedent and beneficiaries under the Trust whose identities are reasonably ascertainable. Any claim not filed within this period shall be forever barred. Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the Decedent or to the Trust are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned Trustee.
