NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS, WISCONSIN
REZONING
There will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS on MAY 18, 2026 AT 6:30 PM or as close to that time as possible, in the MENOMONEE FALLS BOARD ROOM (Room 2245) located at W156N8480 Pilgrim Road.
The public hearing is being held to consider the Plan Commission’s recommendation regarding the petition of DAVE MERRICK OF THE LUTHER GROUP to rezone land located at N88W13764 Main Street, from the PDO-2 (PDD) Planned Development Overlay District to the I-1 Light Industrial District for development of a new industrial building. The subject land is identified by Tax Key Number 39.77 and legally described as follows:
PARCEL 1 CERT SURV 6001 VOL 49/129 REC AS DOC# 1561488 PT SW1/4 SEC 1 T8N R20E :: DOC# 4184075 Containing in all 547,608 square feet (12.5714 acres) of land.
