NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP JOINT LAND USE BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Applicants, Donna and Charles Bouchelle, are the owners of property known as 22975 Columbus Road, Mansfield Township, New Jersey and referred to on the Tax Map of said Township as Lot 46, Block 8. Applicants have made application to the Mansfield Township Joint Land Use Board for variance relief to construct/remodel of their garage measuring 2,000 sq. ft., where 1,000' is permitted; twenty four (24') feet high, where fifteen (15') feet is permitted.{NJSA 40:55D-70c(1)} Applicant proposes to park vehicles, outdoor equipment and use for hobby interest. The property is located in the R-1 zone on the Mansfield Township Tax Map. Although no other waivers/approvals are requested at this time, further review of the application by applicant and the Joint Land Use Board may reveal the need for other waivers/approvals. This notice, therefore, shall serve as notice that applicant will also seek any other variances, approvals or waivers deemed necessary. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mansfield Township Joint Land Use Board (the (Board@) will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday May 26 2026, at 6:30 PM (prevailing time) at the Mansfield Township Municipal Complex, located at 3135 Route 206 South, Columbus, N.J.
