INVITATION FOR BIDS Millcreek Township will receive sealed bids labeled for the Millcreek Township Milling and Paving Project 2026, until 1:00 P.M., May 18th, 2026, at the office of the Millcreek Township Supervisors, Millcreek Township Municipal Building, 3608 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506-2037, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are invited for the following: Milling and paving approximately 220,143 square yards and the installation of 5 wheelchair accessible ramps. Work will be done on various roads in Millcreek Township. A tentative list of roads will be provided with the contract documents not to be considered integral with the contract documents. The Township reserves the right to add/delete locations. Contract Documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be reviewed/obtained at the office of the Millcreek Township Planning and Development, 3608 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506, (814-833-6096) for a non-refundable deposit of $25.00. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record as having obtained the Contract Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Millcreek Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Bids may be held by the Township for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. Bids shall be announced at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on MAY 26th, 2026, at the Municipal Building, at which time action to award may be taken.
