AUDIT SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS    The Housing Authority of the County of Beaver (HACB), a recipient of federal assistance through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hereby gives public notice of its intent to utilize a competitive negotiation process, in accordance with HUD Procurement Handbook 7460.8 (REV-3), for the procurement of Audit Services.  Qualified firms are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of auditing services to the HACB no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, May 22, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated and the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the HACB will be selected. Proposal will be accepted at the Housing Authority of the County of Beaver, James F.
