PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Andrew Poirier, petitioner for the property located at 2 #10 Schoolhouse Road Charlton, MA, Assessors Map 46, Block B, Lot 5, has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Special Permit/Variance of the Town of Charlton Zoning Ordinance.
Presently located on the premises is a single-family home, shed, and carport and is zoned Agricultural. The petitioner seeks to construct a shed.
The petitioner seeks to Appeal the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officers order dated March 19, 2026.
A meeting will be held on this Appeal at the Town of Charlton – Municipal Building, Meeting Room 1, 37 Main St., Charlton, MA on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will allow you to be heard relative to the approval of this application.
